U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na aankoop zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag exclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd binnen 14 dagen, of indien gewenst kunt u het product omwisselen tegen andere producten.
Uitgezonderd van retour of teruggave zijn:
- Producten met korting
- Gepersonaliseerde producten, waaronder producten met naam, nummer of sponsor logo’s
- Gift cards
- Producten met zichtbare tekenen van gebruik of slijtage
Retour:
Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht doorloop dan de volgende stappen:
- Neem binnen 14 dagen na aankoop contact met ons via info@tdwmotoparts.com, en geef ons aan om welke producten het gaat, of u wilt ruilen of retourneren, en in geval van ruil wat de gewenste producten zijn.
- U dient de producten met een track & trace code terug te sturen.
- Wij sturen u het retour adres per mail, deze graag gebruiken.
- Zorg ervoor dat de producten 14 dagen na uw retourmelding door ons ontvangen worden.

GARANTIE:
Voor producten geldt een garantie van één jaar en wij hebben een geldige factuur nodig die binnen één jaar na aankoop is gedateerd om defecte goederen te vervangen.
De vervangingsgarantie van TDW Motoparts dekt scheuren en breuken in de voetsteunen.
MONTAGE EN TOEPASSING
TDW Motoparts kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor onderdelen die niet goed passen doordat het verkeerde model is gekocht na de retourtermijn van twee weken; het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant om ons binnen dit tijdsbestek op de hoogte te stellen van eventuele montageproblemen en deze indien nodig te retourneren. TDW Motoparts zal altijd advies en ondersteuning geven aan klanten die informatie nodig hebben.
- Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw retour terugstorten.
- In geval van ruil zal uw vervangende product(en) binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw retour verzonden worden.
- De klant is verantwoordelijk voor een correcte retour. Verloren of beschadigde retour word niet gecompenseerd of vervangen.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after purchase without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs within 14 days, or if desired you can exchange the product for other products.
Excluded from return or refund are:
- Discounted products
- Personalized products, including products with name, number or sponsor logos
- Gift cards
- Products with visible signs of use or wear
Return:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the following steps:
- Please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@tdwmotoparts.com and let us know which products you require, whether you would like to exchange or return, and in the event of an exchange, what products you require.
- You must return the products with a track & trace code.
- We will send you the return address by email, please use this.
- Make sure that we receive the products 14 days after your return notification.

REPLACEMENT WARRANTY:
Products are subject to a warranty of one year and we require a valid invoice dated within one year of purchase to replace faulty goods.
The TDW Motoparts replacement warranty covers cracks and breaks in the footpeg.
FITMENT AND APPLICATION
TDW Motoparts cannot be held responsible for parts that do not fit correctly due to the incorrect model being purchased after the two-week returns period; it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any fitment issues within this time–frame and return them if required. TDW Motoparts will always give advice and support to customers who need information.
- We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return.
- In the event of an exchange, your replacement product(s) will be shipped within 14 days of receipt of your return.
- The customer is responsible for a correct return. Lost or damaged returns will not be compensated or replaced.
