GARANTIE
Voor producten geldt een garantie van één jaar en wij hebben een geldige factuur nodig die binnen één jaar na aankoop is gedateerd om defecte goederen te vervangen.
De vervangingsgarantie van TDW Motoparts dekt scheuren en breuken in de voetsteunen.
VERZENDING
Alle bestellingen rechtstreeks bij TDW Motoparts zijn afhankelijk van de voorraad en daarom kan de levertijd variëren. Neem contact met ons op voor een nauwkeurige leverdatum. We streven er echter naar om alle bestellingen binnen drie werkdagen na de besteldatum te verzenden. Uitgezonderd producten die custom gemaakt moeten worden kunnen proberen wij binnen 14 dagen te verzenden.
Voor producten geldt een retourperiode van maximaal twee weken. Daarna kunnen we producten die niet defect zijn niet meer retour nemen. De klant is verantwoordelijk voor het verzenden van de te retourneren onderdelen die niet defect zijn. Wij raden aan om track en trace te gebruiken tijdens de verzending.
MONTAGE EN TOEPASSING
TDW Motoparts kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor onderdelen die niet goed passen doordat het verkeerde model is gekocht na de retourperiode van twee weken; Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant om ons binnen deze tijd op de hoogte te stellen van eventuele montageproblemen deze indien nodig te retourneren. TDW Motoparts zal altijd advies en ondersteuning geven aan klanten die informatie nodig hebben.
DEELNAME AAN MOTORSPORTEN KAN GEVAARLIJK ZIJN
TDW Motoparts kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor verwondingen opgelopen door deelname aan motorsport. Draag alle geschikte veiligheidskleding en -uitrusting en volg de richtlijnen en instructies met uw motoren.
TOEGANG TOT ONZE SITE
Toegang tot onze site is toegestaan op tijdelijke basis en we behouden ons het recht voor om de service die we op onze site bieden zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving in te trekken of te wijzigen (zie hieronder). Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk als onze site om welke reden dan ook op enig moment of voor een bepaalde periode niet beschikbaar is.

Products are warranted for one year and we require a valid invoice dated within one year of purchase to replace defective goods.
The TDW Motoparts replacement warranty covers cracks and breaks in the footpegs.
SHIPPING
All orders directly from TDW Motoparts are subject to stock and therefore delivery time may vary. Please contact us for an accurate delivery date. However, we aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of the order date. With the exception of products that need to be custom made, we try to ship within 14 days.
There is a maximum return period of two weeks for products. After that, we can no longer accept returns of products that are not defective. The customer is responsible for shipping any returned parts that are not defective. We recommend using track and trace during shipping.
INSTALLATION AND APPLICATION
TDW Motoparts cannot be held responsible for parts that do not fit properly due to the wrong model being purchased after the two week return period; It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any fitment issues within this time and return them if necessary. TDW Motoparts will always provide advice and support to customers who need information.
PARTICIPATING IN MOTORSPORTS CAN BE DANGEROUS
TDW Motoparts cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained through participation in motorsports. Wear all appropriate safety clothing and equipment and follow guidelines and instructions with your motorcycles.
ACCESS TO OUR SITE
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
